Digital IQ is an independent contract research tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of SAM.gov, USAspending.gov, or any federal, state, or local government agency. It is an independent index that links out to those official sources.

Where Our Data Comes From

Contract opportunity and award data displayed on this site is sourced from the public APIs of SAM.gov and USAspending.gov, refreshed on a periodic (every-other-day) schedule. Because of that refresh interval, information here may lag the official record. Every listing links directly to the authoritative source — always verify details there before relying on anything shown here.

Legislator and Third-Party Links

Links to Congressional delegation pages (senate.gov, house.gov), FEC campaign finance search, SAM.gov's Exclusions list, and GAO reports are generated automatically and point to official government sources. We do not store, maintain, or vouch for the content of these external sites.

Contact Form & Privacy

Our contact form uses a double opt-in process: after you submit a message, we email a confirmation link to the address you provided. Only clicking that link actually sends your message.

• We do not store submissions in any database — confirmed or not. A confirmed message is simply emailed to the site administrator.
• Sending a message alone does not give us your email address. Your email exists only inside the one-time signed confirmation link and is not retained.
• Checking "Reply Requested" includes your email address in the one notification email we receive, so we can respond to you. Even then, it is never written to a database — it only ever exists in that one email.
• We do not operate a mailing list or newsletter, and nothing you submit is used for any purpose beyond responding to your message if you request a reply.

Site Preferences

The accessibility widget (font size, contrast, and similar display preferences) stores your choices in your browser's local storage only. This data never leaves your device and is not visible to us.

AI Research Assistant

The chat assistant answers questions by searching this site's own database of contract data — the same data available through the search page. A short verification step (a one-time code) is required once per visit before using it, to keep the tool available for real visitors.
